Dosing with the FGB NECS
We have developed the GRAVIMIX Easy Clean System dosing systems for the efficient and precise dosing of dry and free-flowing thermoplastic materials. The emphasis has been on reducing the dimensions and user-friendliness as much as possible. The NECS is therefore equipped with our tried and tested Easy Clean System and fits almost anywhere. As a result, this machine is extremely user-friendly and has been developed with the science of the field in mind.

The FGB NECS is supplied as standard for dosing up to 4 components. The machine is made entirely of stainless steel, and the removable funnels have newly designed diagonal dosing slides. The unique mixing chamber with integrated mixer and closing slide is fully removable. This version can also be expanded with our transport system, which has the same characteristics. This ensures a complete solution. Its compact dimensions make it ideal for 2K injection moulding machines or machines with a capacity of up to 25 kg/h.
Due to the constant dosing accuracy, the percentage of additives can be reduced to a minimum without compromising the quality of the end product. In addition, this machine can be expanded with the FerlinBridge, which allows all consumption data to be linked to, for example, an MES system or an SQL database. This gives you grip, insight and control over the material consumption during the production process. More information can be found in the FerlinBridge brochure.
With the Easy Clean System, it is no longer necessary to dismantle the hopper loaders to take out a hopper. This is done without tools. So it is ideally suited in an environment where materials are changed regularly. In addition, there is a level sensor outside the mixing chamber that monitors the total cycle. This makes it possible to reduce the percentage of additives to a minimum.
