Blow moulds

The blow moulding process is used to make hollow products such as bottles, jerry cans or tanks. This creates a large flow of residual material, also called tops and tails. The GRAVIMIX dosage mixing machine is very accurate. By using this accuracy in a smart way, we are able to bring the residual streams back into the process in the best possible way, which means that a lot of savings can be made on additives and masterbatch. The hopper loaders and filters are also very suitable for working with dusty materials such as grist.

Extruding

The extrusion process has a continuous character, which makes reliability of dosing and mixing machines, hopper loaders and dryers extra important. Interrupting the process costs a lot of extra start-up time and the down time costs quickly rise. Thanks to many years of experience, our machines are equipped with many smart details which reduce the down time and optimise the extrusion process.

Injection moulding

Our dosage blending machines, hopper loaders and filter systems are highly suitable for injection moulding. For example, our dosage blending machines are stand-alone, which means that they do not require a signal from the injection moulding machine. As a result, changes in the settings of the injection moulding machine do not affect the mixture. In addition, we produce a batch so that a small snot weight can be dosed much more accurately. The GRAVIMIX is therefore the ideal partner for the injection moulding machine.
